Chamber Music
New chamber works feature in Rondo’s catalogue, with Stray Sands, by Jan Goorissen and Tony Overwater and Innumerable Angels by Alan Davis. Both pieces have parts for voice(s) with Stray Sands being a fusion of jazz and classical music, giving the performer many opportunities for improvisation, and Innumerable Angels being in the style of a 16th motet.
With Concertino for Cello and String Orchestra, and his other cello ensemble compositions, Paul Sudlow’s growing reputation for his ability and understanding for cello composition makes his name synonymous with the cello.
